End of an eyesore
Commercial Realty Group hosted the unveiling of a new project site at 1725 Route 46 in Parsippany on Wednesday, May 14. Glass and granite panels were hoisted by crane to symbolize the transformation of the 20-year-old, steel skeletal remains left behind by a failed construction project, into what will be the Class A office cornerstone of a two-building park. In the past, this landmark at the crossroads of Routes 80 and 287 has been called the "eyesore of Morris County.” CRG partners celebrated the project commencement with Parsippany Mayor Michael Luther, shown here, and other officials.
